5.1 Reservation requirements

5.1.2 Reservation can be accepted by direct physical contact, the telephone or the website

5.1.3 Antrak Air should know at the time of booking if the passenger has a medical condition or other condition for which he/she may require medical assistance or special assistance during embarkation, disembarkation or aboard an aircraft.

5.2 Fare payment requirement
Antrak Air will cancel reservation if the applicable fare for the Ticket has not been paid prior to the ticketing time limit specified.

5.3 Personal data
Antrak Air will request personal data for the purpose of making reservation, give flight information or direct marketing.

5.4 Reconfirmation of Reservations
5.4.1 It is necessary to reconfirm reservations seventy-two (72) hours before departure. Failure may result in cancellation of onward reservations.

5.4.2 Antrak Air will not be liable for any loss or expense whatsoever resulting from failure to comply fully with reconfirmation requirement.
