13.1 General
13.1.1 The passenger is responsible for obtaining and holding all of the travel documents he needs for any country he is visiting (even as a transit Passenger).

13.1.2 The passenger must obey all laws, regulations, orders, and other requirements of all countries he will exit or enter.

13.1.3 If requested, the passenger must present all passports, visas, permits, health certificates and other travel documents needed for the journey, to Antrak Air to take photocopies of those documents or deposit those documents against receipt. Antrak Air has the right to require the passenger to present to it any of these documents at any time before or during the passenger''s carriage.

13.1.4 Antrak Air will not be liable if the passenger do not have all passports, visas, health certificates and other travel documents needed for the journey or if any of those documents are out of date or if the passenger has not obeyed all laws, regulations, orders, and other requirements of all countries the passenger will exit or enter.

13.1.5 Antrak Air will not accept a passenger or his Baggage for carriage if his visas or travel documents do not appear to be in order or if he has not complied with the other requirements of this Article 13.1. Antrak Air has the right to refuse carriage in this way even if the passenger has started or completed part of the carriage before it becomes clear to Antrak Air that the passenger has not complied with Article 13.1.

13.2 Refusal of entry

If a passenger is refused entry to a country , he must reimburse Antrak Air in full on request, the amount of any fine, penalty or charge assessed against Antrak Air by the government concerned (including detention costs) as well as the fare for transporting the passenger, and an escort if required, from that country. Antrak Air will not refund the fare paid for carriage to the airport where entry was refused.

13.3 Passengers responsible for fines, detention costs and other charges

The passenger must reimburse Antrak Air in full on request, the amount of any fine, penalty, detention costs, deportation or removal expenses, escorting charges (if any), cost of ticket(s) issued for the passenger, or any other expenditure Antrak Air incurs because of his failure to comply with any laws, regulations, orders or other travel requirements of the country the passenger has traveled to or because he has failed to produce the required travel documents on seeking entry to a country or he has been refused admission into the country. Antrak Air may use the value of any unused carriage on the Ticket or any of his funds in our possession to pay sums due to Antrak Air

13.4 Return of confiscated travel documents

Antrak Air will not be liable for the return of any of the travel documents, identification documents or Tickets confiscated by a governmental or other authority.

13.5 Customs inspection

If required, the passenger will attend inspection of his Baggage by customs or other government officials. Antrak Air will not be liable for Damage suffered by the passenger in the course of such inspection or as a result of his failure to attend.
 

13.6 Security inspection

The passenger must allow security checks, searches and scans of his person by Antrak Air, its handling agents, government officials, airport officials, police or military officials and other airlines involved in his carriage. If the passengers do not allow all such security checks, searches and scans to be conducted, Antrak Air will refuse to carry the passenger and his Baggage.
