9.1 Schedule

9.1.1 The flight times and flight durations shown in Antrak Air''''s timetables may change between the date of publication (or issue) and the date of actual travel. Antrak Air does not guarantee flight times and flight durations and they do not form part of your contract of carriage with us.

9.2 Cancellation and delays

9.2.1 Sometimes cancellation and delay occur due to circumstances beyond Antrak Air control, e.g., bad weather. Antrak Air will take reasonable measures necessary to avoid cancellation and delay. However if such situations occur, Antrak Air will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the passenger.
 

9.3 Denied Boarding
9.3.1 If a passenger cannot be carried on a flight for which he has a confirmed reservation and have met all applicable check-in and boarding deadlines, Antrak Air will carry him on one of its later flights or will pay compensation under applicable law or Antrak Air denied boarding compensation policy.


9.3.2 Apart from the rights under Article 9.3, Antrak will have no liability for any loss or expense whatsoever.

9.3.3 Antrak will refund the fare paid for the ticket in accordance with its regulations.
