Antrak Air realizes that in the ever more competitive markets, such as the service industry, the choice is there and that what differentiates the competition is the ability to go the extra mile.
The Airline is therefore implementing a service of customer service training programmers’ to improve its level of service delivery. All frontline staff go through a 2days training programme which includes a number of modules: Customer Contact techniques, Communication, internet and E-commerce, amongst others.
Training is conducted partly in-house and partly in conjunction with external Professional training institutions.
