In pursuance of our “SERVING THE CUSTOMER BETTER” agenda for 2010 and beyond, we have opened a new office at the International Arrival Hall (Meeters and Greeters) of Kotoka International Airport. This office opens from early mornings till late (to catch the first and the last flights for the day).

The primary purpose of this office is to help connect passengers, arriving from abroad, on our domestic flights. This means customers can make their reservations on line at our website whilst abroad and walk straight into this office when they arrive at KIA to be connected to their final destinations.
