Alhaji Dr. Asoma Banda – Executive Chairman / CEO
Member, Council of State – Republic of Ghana, 1st Chancellor-University of Education Winneba, Industrialist, Business Executive, Benefactor, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Antrak Group of Companies.
Alhaji Banda is credited with the establishment of several companies in Ghana and around the globe including Antrak Group of Companies, OTAL Holding Group, Cross Marine Services, Nigeria; and the Tema Container Terminal.
His knowledge and expertise in business enterprise and management are recognised through his membership of national and international boards and corporations.These include - Meridian Port Services Limited;ship-owners and Agents Association of Ghana;Board of Trustees,Ghana Police Fund,Ghana Ports and Harbours Autority;CFAO Ghana Limited;Ghana Maritime Authority;Cal Bank Limited;Ghana Shippers Council;and,the British Institute of Directors
In recognition of his devoted service to humanity in appreciation of his invaluable contribution to the cause of education,in honour of his pionering and outstanding role in the Maritime and Air Transport Industry;and,as a tribute to his selfless devotion to public and community service,the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and the University of Cape Coast have each degree conferred on him a DOCTOR OF SCIENCE, honoris causa.

Rocky Botchey – Head of Finance
– Responsibility: In charge of overall Financial Activities of the company. A chartered Accountant by profession and a Management Consultant-Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) Ghana.
He also holds an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and IATA certificates (airline accounting specific) in Sales Accounting and Control and Interline Accounting and Control.
Before joining Antrak Air in July 2008, Mr. Botchey had obtain 30 years working experience in Finance, Accounting and Management at various strategic and tactical position in the aviation industry , 6 years of which was in Germany as an expatriate Finance professional.

W.K. Asare - Head of Ground Operations / Deputy Head of Flight Operations
Mr. W.K. Asare is the Head of Ground Operations / Deputy Head of Flight perations of Antrak Air Ghana Limited and he is also responsible for the Quality Assurance Team.
Mr. W.K. Asare is licensed by FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) and GHANA CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (GCAA) as Flight Operations Officer and Bsc Administration (Marketing Option).He is a recognized instructor by GCAA in various disciplines in his field of study and a qualified Dangerous Goods Instructor.
Mr. W.K. Asare had his Quality Management, Safety Management and IATA Operational and Safety Audit (I.O.S.A) course in South Africa and with his rich background in the Aviation Industry, Mr. W.K. Asare and his team in Antrak Air ensures safety is provided to our dear customers in line with our goal “TOTAL FLIGHT COMFORT”

Hendrick K. Ata-Bedu is the Engineering Consultant and in charge of the
Engineering Department
He is a License
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer from Perth, Scotland. Hendrick is an Aviation
consultant and possesses a diverse qualification background from Engineering Maintenance,
to Business Administration.
Hendrick K. Atta-Bedu
holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of
Strathclyde, Scotland, Bsc from the Kwame Nkrumah’s University of Science and
Technology (KNUST) Ghana, and has done courses such as Flight Engineering from
KLM Training Center in Amsterdam, IATA flight operation Managers’ course at
COURT flight safety in South Africa as well as Crew Resource Management also in
COURTS South Africa.
Hendrick K. Atta-Bedu has over 30 (Thirty)
years work experience in the Airline industry as flight Engineering and
Engineering Maintenance. He started working as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
with Ghana Airways at the senior level for eight years (8) and moved on for
another 16 years (Sixteen) as a Flight Engineer with the same Company after switching
off from flying duties. Before leaving Ghana Airways, Hendrick was appointed as
the Crew Resource Manager and the Head of Engineering.
Hendrick also worked for Malaysia
Airlines for years (4) as a Flight Engineer and is currently a par time professor
in Aerospace Engineering at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and
Technology.
