Yes, you can get a refund. You will be charged a fee of $20 (or Cedi equivalent) for unused domestic tickets. This will be higher for interntational travel. You can request for a refund through your agent or any of our offices. The refund is processed by the Finance Department and you can pick up the cheque or cash from your agent or any of our offices. Note that PROMO tickets are non refundable.

Yes. Your ticket is valid for 6 months. You will however pay for any fare difference if the the fare you bought is no longer availble.

Yes, you can purchase a ticket at the airport at the time of travel, provided your preferred flight is not full. It is advisable book in advance and pay at the airport at the time of travel.
The company incurs costs (including payment for the booking engine used) for every ticket issued. The fee charged helps the company to recover part of those costs.
Our booking system allows customers to pay the lowest fare that is available in the system, at the time of booking, for open tickets. Open tickets are available only to help you because you cannot confirm your travel plans. They are not meant to allow customers to buy cheaper tickets and use them later for peak flights on which there are no available seats for that fare class. If there are available seats for the fare class of your open ticket, you will not be required to make any further payment. If there are no available seats on your chosen flight for the fare class of your open ticket, you will be required to pay a top-up.
